Job Summary

Starmark Solution is looking for a energetic and energetic Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities and increase printing orders. The candidate will be responsible for visiting leads, meeting potential customers, promoting the company's printing services, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned leads and prospective customers on a daily basis.
- Present and explain Starmark Solution's printing products and services.
- Convince and convert prospects into customers.
- Generate new printing orders from businesses, schools, hospitals, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the production team.
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.




- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of printing products and services will be an advantage.
- Own Bike is Mandatory.
- Valid Driving License required.
