HR Executive required with experience of 4 to 5 Years in plant / factory set up.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in HR (BBA / MBA / MSW / MHRM or equivalent specialization).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

Challan Preparation & Filing: End-to-end processing and timely generation of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) challans and claims.

Factory Act & Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to the Factories Act and local statutory labor regulations. Maintain all statutory registers, files, and documents required for factory audits.

2. Employee & Labour Relations

Handle routine labor relations, worker grievances, and general employee inquiries regarding company policies and labor agreements.

Act as the initial contact person for intake, documentation, and assessment of employee complaints, escalating complex cases to senior management.

Maintain a healthy, disciplined, and compliant work workplace on the shop floor.

Factory Administration & Attendance

- Oversee day-to-day general factory administrative tasks to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Manage time office, biometric tracking, contractor labor registers, and daily attendance management for factory staff and workers.

Key Skills & Candidate Profile

- Technical Skills: Advanced/Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting) and HR software/portals (PF/ESIC portals).
- Knowledge Base: In-depth working knowledge of Gujarat Labour Laws, Factories Act, and statutory compliance frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and liaisoning skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
