We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to build and maintain robust relationships with strategic clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, identify growth opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and business discussions.
- Understand client needs and develop account strategies to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Monitor account performance and prepare regular business reviews and reports.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
