- Review processes, transactions, and documentation for risk and compliance gaps.
- Assist in implementation of compliance frameworks, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Conduct compliance audits, due diligence checks, and risk assessments.
- Prepare reports related to compliance findings and recommendations.
- Track statutory filings, licenses, registrations, and renewal deadlines.
- Support management during internal and external audits.
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Understanding of compliance procedures, risk management, and governance practices.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
