Key Responsibilities

- Regional Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to expand our market

presence and increase market share for EPOS Audio in Telangana and Andhra

Pradesh.

- Field Engagement: Conduct regular site visits to partners and customers. You

will perform joint calls with channel partners to support project closures and

provide hands-on expertise.

- Travel Requirements: The role requires frequent travel within the assigned

territories to ensure consistent presence and support.

- Partner Ecosystem: Build and manage relationships with channel partners,

system integrators, and AV specialists to identify and secure project

opportunities.

- Business Growth: Generate qualified sales pipelines, manage accurate

forecasts, and achieve revenue targets.

- Sales Enablement: Conduct product training and support partner teams to





ensure they are effectively positioned to sell EPOS solutions.

Requirements

- Proven experience in channel sales and partner management.
- Strong understanding of the AV, audio, and enterprise communication industry.
- Excellent relationship-building and business development skills.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering consistent growth
