AS Talent Hub, a Mumbai-based recruitment consultancy, is hiring for a Churchgate-based client. The client is a well-established multinational organization with an annual turnover of approximately ₹5,000 crore. They follow a 5-day work week, have their India Head Office in Churchgate, Mumbai, and their Global Headquarters are in the Netherlands (Europe). It is a long-established and reputed organization with a strong global presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate international tender opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and submit compliant tender bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for documentation.
- Negotiate pricing and compare supplier quotations.
- Track bid status, contracts, and tender records.




- Ensure timely submissions, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage multiple tenders and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Drive process improvements and resolve tender-related queries.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of International Tender Management experience (Pharma/Medical Devices/Healthcare).
- Knowledge of WHO, UNICEF, UN, Government, RFQ, RFP, and EOI processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced MS Excel & MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English; French is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
