Role Overview

As a Tele Caller Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our property network by onboarding new hotels and guesthouses. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial partnerships with property owners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential property owners/landlords through calls and in-person meetings.
- Present the Py Olliv business model, highlighting benefits and long-term value propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding.
- Manage property documentation, agreements, and formalities in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Branding) to ensure seamless property integration.




- Track and report daily outreach activities, meetings, and conversion metrics.

Skills & Attributes Required

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
- Solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and/or Excel for reporting.
