Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality videos for property showcases, social media campaigns, brand promotions, corporate presentations, and digital advertisements. The role requires strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver engaging content within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for digital and social media platforms.
- Create property walkthrough videos, promotional films, client testimonials, and brand campaigns.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, captions, music, sound effects, and color correction.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Manage video assets, maintain organized project files, and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and social media trends.





Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of video editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms.
- Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Solid portfolio showcasing social media content, promotional videos, or commercial projects.

Preferred

- Experience editing real estate, lifestyle, or corporate marketing videos.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and motion graphics templates.
