Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executives for our First Cry Store in Vikas Nagar, Uttarakhand . The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and able to drive sales by offering the right product suggestions and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Job Duties

- Welcome customers and guide them inside the store
- Understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve given sales targets
- Keep the store neat, organized, and attractive
- Inform customers about current offers and discounts
- Resolve basic customer questions and concerns
- Coordinate with team members for daily store work

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
- Basic communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus)
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior
- Willingness to work in a retail workplace

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in apparel/innerwear retail is a plus.
- Target-driven and incentive-motivated
- Smart grooming and professional behavior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
