Job Description

Are you the person your friends rely on to plan every trip? Do you enjoy convincing people to explore destinations beyond the usual tourist trail? If travel excites you and you love talking to people, we'd love to meet you.

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist prospective travellers by understanding their requirements, recommending suitable tours, answering queries, and helping them complete their bookings. Your role is to create a smooth and enjoyable experience from the first enquiry to the final confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Recommend suitable tours based on customer interests and budgets.
- Explain tour itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and travel requirements.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi,



and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Passion for travel and discovering new destinations.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
