What You’ll Do

Support & Coordination:

- Assist Marketing Executives with tasks and projects.
- Maintain accurate entries in Bitrix CRM software.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.

Data & CRM Management:

- Track and document all actions and activities in CRM.
- Keep records of attendance, customer follow-ups, and team activities.
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and systems.

Client Communication:

- Write professional emails and communicate effectively with customers.
- Resolve client queries and remind them about fee collections.

Marketing & Event Support:

- Assist in preparing and executing marketing plans.
- Plan and support webinars, seminars, and other events.




- Create presentations and help the team improve their delivery.

Research & Innovation:

- Conduct research for new products and data collection.
- Identify ways to improve client services and generate leads across platforms.

Testing & Troubleshooting:

- Test websites, software, and back-office systems for bugs.
- Report issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.

Team Engagement:

- Attend meetings, webinars, and training programs regularly.
- Maintain records of all meetings and training sessions.
