Job Overview

Jaan Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager – Parking Management for our site at Max Hospital, Saket. We are specifically seeking retired defense background candidates (Ex-Servicemen / Defense personnel) with strong leadership, discipline, and operational control skills to manage day-to-day hospital parking operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline day-to-day vehicle flow, valet services, and parking area operations at Max Hospital, Saket.

Supervise ground staff, parking attendants, and security personnel for smooth traffic management within hospital premises.

Ensure VIP and ambulance movement channels remain completely clear at all times.

Handle visitor inquiries,



operational escalations, and maintain high standards of service quality.

Maintain daily attendance logs, shift rosters, and operational reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements

Preference: Retired Defense Personnel / Ex-Servicemen (Army / Navy / Air Force / Paramilitary background preferred).

Experience: Prior experience in facility management, security supervision, or parking operations is an added advantage.

Skills: Strong leadership, site control, crisis management, and communication skills.

Location: Must be comfortable commuting daily to Saket, South Delhi.
