Spark Minda is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team at our Bawal plant. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automotive quality systems and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Quality, In-Process Quality, and Final Inspection activities.
- Ensure adherence to customer quality requirements and standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage customer complaints and quality-related issues.
- Perform process audits, product audits, and documentation.
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, supplier, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, 7 QC Tools, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and APQP documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems.
- Experience with IATF 16949 Core Tools.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
