Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to showcase Maxel Tracker’s value proposition.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers and manage renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and IT decision‑makers.
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/others) to manage pipeline and track performance.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment and event follow‑ups.
- Prepare weekly reports for leads, demos, closures, and revenue tracking.
- Represent Maxel Tracker in industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of B2B/SaaS sales experience (preferably in productivity, HR Tech, or analytics software).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales metrics, funnel management,



and customer success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience conducting live product demos and managing enterprise or SMB accounts.
- Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email‑outreach software.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience selling to SMBs, IT consultancies, or agencies.
- Exposure to remote work tools, productivity software, or workforce analytics platforms.
- Understanding of up-to-date SaaS GTM strategies and product‑led growth concepts.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
