1. Buyer Coordination

- Receive and understand buyer tech packs, samples, and order details
- Communicate with buyers on pricing, sampling, approvals, and delivery schedules
- Follow up on fit approvals, lab dips, strike-offs, and trims approvals

2. Sampling & Development

- Coordinate proto, fit, size set, pre-production (PP) samples
- Ensure samples are made as per buyer specifications
- Track approvals and maintain sampling records

3. Production Follow-up

- Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A;) calendar
- Coordinate with production, cutting, sewing, and finishing teams
- Ensure production runs as per approved sample and specs

4. Fabric & Trims Management

- Follow up on fabric development, testing, and approvals
- Coordinate trims & accessories sourcing
- Ensure on-time fabric and trims in-house

5. Costing & Order Management

- Prepare cost sheets and negotiate pricing (if required)
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and order quantities
- Monitor consumption and minimize wastage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
