Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Tourism & :*Sales & Customer : Type:* Full-Time To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our Tourism & Travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings while providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their travel preferences, recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales

- Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through websites, social media, travel portals, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively presenting travel packages.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Customer Consultation

- Understand customer requirements, including destination preferences, travel dates, budget, and group size.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages based on customer needs.
- Explain package details, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and payment terms clearly.

Customer Support

- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Resolve customer queries related to travel packages, hotels, flights, transportation, visas, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless booking and customer satisfaction.

Follow-up & Relationship Management

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximise conversions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Collect customer feedback after tour completion to improve service quality.

CRM & Documentation

- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, booking details,



and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all customer information is updated and maintained confidentially.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Travel Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional or foreign languages will be an advantage).
- Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good organisational and time management skills.

Salary

- Annual CTC: ₹1,44,000 – ₹1,80,000 per annum, based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
