We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS software is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with attention to detail.
