About the Role
We are a solar EPC company executing solar power (PV) and solar thermal projects across multiple locations. We are looking for hands-on Site Supervisors who are willing to travel extensively and remain based at project sites for most of the project duration.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day installation and commissioning of solar PV systems (panels, inverters, structures, cabling) and solar thermal systems (collectors, piping, pumps, tanks, controls).
- Ensure all work is done as per drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage site manpower, material usage, tools, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and vendors on site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, quality checklists, and safety records.
- Support testing, troubleshooting,



and handover of both solar PV and solar thermal systems.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Thermal / Instrumentation or related field.
- 2–6 years’ experience in solar PV and/or solar thermal project execution; exposure to both is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively and stay at project sites for long durations (this is a core requirement).
- Basic knowledge of electrical and thermal/hot water systems.
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow technical instructions.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
