Job Summary:

As a Technical Lead at Titan, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and overseeing the development of our NOVA-SCADA & Software products. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of software developers and provide technical guidance and support

- Collaborate with the project manager to define project requirements and timelines

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for the NOVA-SCADA & Software industry

- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues





- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the NOVA-SCADA & Software industry

- Mentor and train junior team members

- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development

- Proven experience in leading a team of software developers

- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python

- Experience with NOVA-SCADA & Software development is preferred

Job Title: Technical Lead - Software

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - Software with a minimum of 1 year of programming experience in PLC environments. Experience in PC-based/C# control is a significant plus.



The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Basic Electrical Wiring and control circuits, as well as hands-on experience with Servo Motors, Stepper Motors, and various industrial Sensors.

In addition, deep knowledge of Pneumatics and industrial automation components is required. The candidate should also possess a basic understanding of communication protocols such as Modbus, EtherCAT, and TCP/IP, as well as Barcode Scanners and Vision Systems (e.g., Cognex).

The successful candidate will have exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical failures in high-speed, high-precision automation systems.
