We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Remote | Freelance | Part-Time)

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our digital platforms, with a strong focus on YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement. You'll also design creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and other branding requirements.

Responsibilities

Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails (Priority)

Create engaging graphics for social media platforms

Design banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives

Create visuals for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and presentations

Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts

Ensure designs are aligned with the brand identity

Deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Requirements

Proficiency in Canva,



Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools

Strong creativity and attention to detail

Valuable understanding of typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling

Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh design ideas

Knowledge of current social media and design trends

Experience creating YouTube thumbnails is highly preferred

A portfolio showcasing your work (academic or personal projects are welcome)
