Key Responsibilities

- Read, interpret, and review architectural and working drawings.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity estimates from drawings.
- Develop and generate ground floor corridor layouts based on project design standards.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other external consultants/agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing construction drawings, revisions, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Support senior architects in project planning, execution, and coordination.
- Maintain accurate project records, BOQs, and drawing revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and MS Excel is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Good coordination and communication skills for working with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Robust analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
