CAMFiN Global Academy is seeking a qualified Accounting Faculty with strong practical exposure in CA firms, tax consultancy, or accounting practices. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-relevant accounting and taxation training with a practical, application-oriented approach.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in:
- Financial Accounting
- GST and Income Tax (compliance, returns, filings)
- Tally and other accounting software
- Basic auditing and documentation procedures
- Provide real-time, practical insights based on professional experience
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students on accounting practices followed in CA firms and tax offices
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic support
- Ensure adherence to institutional academic standards and schedules
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com (mandatory)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CA firms, tax practitioner offices, or accounting/audit firms
- Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage
4. Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally and statutory compliance procedures
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Student-oriented teaching approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
