Purpose:
To coordinate and prepare competitive bids/tenders for HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, commercial terms, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Identification & Review
- Search for and identify HVAC project tenders from portals and direct client communication.
- Review tender documents to understand scope, technical specifications, and requirements.
- Coordination & Clarifications
- Liaise with the sales, design, and engineering teams to obtain technical and commercial inputs.
- Seek clarifications from clients or consultants regarding tender specifications.
- Tender Preparation
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and pricing sheets for HVAC systems.
- Draft technical submissions, compliance statements, and required certifications.
- Ensure the bid is complete and in compliance with the tender requirements.
- Submission & Follow-up
- Submit tenders within deadlines (online/offline).
- Follow up with clients/consultants for updates on tender status.
- Documentation & Record-keeping
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders, awarded projects, and lost bids.
- Archive all tender documents for future reference.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Gather information on competitors pricing and strategies to improve bid competitiveness.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry terminology.
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures and government/private procurement rules.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender portal operations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Education
UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Any Graduate
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
