We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design Portfolio, showcasing expertise in Social Media Designs, Video Editing and Creation, Website Design, and other digital content creation. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Design:

- Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Develop templates for recurring social media posts.

- Stay updated with the latest social media design trends and platform requirements.

2. Video Editing and Creation:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

- Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance video content.

- Manage the entire video production process from concept to final product.

3. Website Design:

- Design and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and interfaces.

- Collaborate with web developers to ensure design consistency and functionality.

- Optimize web graphics for performance and SEO.

4. Graphic Design:

- Create a variety of digital and print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.

- Develop branding and marketing materials that align with company guidelines.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

5. Collaboration:





- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Provide creative input and suggest innovative design solutions.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic designing, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing social media designs, video editing, website design, and other digital content.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing software.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, engaging content.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.

- Understanding of SEO best practices as they relate to web design.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
