Ecommerce Executive

Job description

Responsible for managing all aspects of E-Commerce business including Amazon, eBay, website management, content strategy and listing, promotional campaigns, and other online marketing activities

Develop and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase website sales

Increase inbound lead generation and channel sales through digital activities

Collaborate with team and agencies to maximise the brand impact and drive sales through digital channels

Support promotions team to execute Social Media strategy for the brand across all platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Snapchat etc

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including facebook ads, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

Analysing & providing channel daily, weekly and monthly reports and develop improvement and growth plans

Communicating with the customers on all channels, order management and necessary regular process maintenance.

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Required Candidate profile





Hands - on E-Commerce experience with a proven record of scaling a brand/product

Strong analytical skills, and decision - making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives; strong attention to detail

Knowledge of Shopify, Bid optimisation, audience targeting, ad copy, creative, landing page and more.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)

Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
