The Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team. As the first point of contact for our walk-in customers, you will play a crucial role in understanding their water supply needs and guiding them to the right products. Whether helping a homeowner find a specific fitting or assisting a contractor with a large pipe order, your goal is to provide excellent service and keep the store running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

- Customer Assistance: Greet walk-in customers, contractors, and plumbers, actively listening to their requirements and answering questions about our products.
- Product Recommendations: Learn our inventory of pumps, pipes, and fittings inside and out to confidently recommend the correct solutions based on the customer's specific needs.
- Inventory & Restocking: Help unload deliveries, organize stock on the shelves,



and ensure the shop floor remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately ring up sales, generate invoices, and handle cash or digital payments at the billing counter.
- Team Support: Work closely with the Store Sales Manager to track inventory levels, prepare wholesale orders for dispatch, and assist with daily store opening and closing duties.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or billing is preferred. Experience in hardware, plumbing, or construction materials is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to converse fluently with local customers, contractors, and wholesale buyers.
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong willingness to learn the technical specifications of our products, including different types of water pumps (submersible, surface) and piping dimensions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to comfortably stand for long periods and safely lift or move heavy items like water motor boxes and bundles of pipes.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
