Responsibilities and Duties

- Handling all Inbound & Outbound Calls.
- Build Client Relation and Brief them about our various projects along with arrangements of Site Visits.
- Must have hands on experience of Customer Relation Building.
- Promoting the Projects.
- Customer Follow-Up.
- Making Outbound Calls for generating Appointments for Business Development Team.
- Cold Calling to Potential Customers.
- Outbound Calling to Prospect Clients and Introducing Projects and the Property Proposition.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Acumen to Answer Client Queries.

Exp: 1+ Yrs

knowledge: English, Tamil, Kannada, Good Communication Skills.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required)
