Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead in .NET with MS SQL to join our SaaS product-based company. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in .NET development with a solid background in MS SQL. Experience in a SaaS environment and at least 2 years of team handling experience are highly desirable. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership

Ø Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Ø Provide technical guidance and expertise in .NET and MS SQL, helping the team to solve complex technical challenges.

- Solution Design and Development

Ø Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET and MS SQL technologies.

Ø Oversee the development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ø Ensure that the solutions align with the SaaS product's architecture and business objectives.

- Project Management

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA,



and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.

Ø Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Ø Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure that the team follows agile methodologies.

- SaaS Integration and Optimization

Ø Work on integrating the .NET solutions with the SaaS platform, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Ø Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the applications, leveraging cloud-based services and infrastructure as needed.

- Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Ø Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET, MS SQL, and SaaS environments.

Ø Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the development team and across the product lifecycle.

Ø Drive the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Key Skills

- Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) with hands-on experience in MS SQL Server.
- Proficient in designing and developing web-based applications and APIs in a SaaS environment.




- Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning in MS SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their integration with .NET applications is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and guiding developers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in .NET development with MS SQL, including at least 2 years in a team lead or similar role.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a development team, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
