Job Summary

We are seeking a Powertrain CAE Engineer – PT NVH with 2–4 years of experience in Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) analysis of powertrain systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HyperMesh (HM), ANSA, NASTRAN, ACTRAN, and AVL EXCITE for finite element modeling, structural dynamics, and acoustic simulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and preprocess FE models using HyperMesh (HM) or ANSA.
- Perform modal, frequency response, vibration, and acoustic analysis using NASTRAN, ACTRAN, and AVL EXCITE.
- Analyze and optimize powertrain NVH performance, including engine, transmission, and driveline components.
- Correlate simulation results with experimental test data and recommend design improvements.
- Collaborate with design, testing, and cross-functional engineering teams.




- Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Powertrain CAE – NVH.
- Strong hands-on experience with HyperMesh (HM), ANSA, NASTRAN, ACTRAN, and AVL EXCITE.
- Valuable understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), structural dynamics, modal analysis, vibration, and acoustics.
- Experience in FE model preparation, solver setup, and result interpretation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in automotive powertrain NVH projects.
- Knowledge of engine, transmission, and driveline dynamics.
- Familiarity with scripting tools (Python/TCL) and CAE automation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹287,290.99 - ₹800,000.00 per year
