The Packing Staff is responsible for accurately packing products, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and preparing orders for dispatch. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to company safety and hygiene standards to ensure customer orders are delivered correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products accurately according to company standards and customer orders.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and condition before packing.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are packed as per invoices or packing lists.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage during packing and transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Assist in sorting, counting, and arranging inventory when required.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
- Support warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- SSLC / Higher Secondary or equivalent.
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Requirements
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving packages.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule when required.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
