Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Manager (Part-Time/Weekend) to support our human resource department. This role is designed for professionals who can efficiently manage HR tasks remotely, with mandatory in-office presence on Saturdays for coordination and team alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave applications.
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and orientation activities.
- Draft and circulate HR communications, notices, and policies.
- Handle employee queries and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with management for compliance and documentation.
- Prepare weekly HR reports and updates.

Work Schedule





- Monday to Friday: Work from Home (flexible hours, task-based).
- Saturday: Mandatory office presence for meetings, documentation, and coordination.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR operations preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Strong organizational and communication skills (English + Hindi preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Employment Details

- Type: Part-Time (approx. 20–25 hours/week).
- Compensation: 6000 to 10,000
- Contract: Renewable based on performance.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
