Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build solid client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling sales teams, achieving targets, and managing end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Handle high-value client interactions and closures.
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion metrics.
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversions.
- Provide training and guidance to team members for performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in consultancy, BFSI, or startup ecosystem).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup consulting, funding, or government schemes.
- Strong closing skills and client handling experience.
- Analytical mindset for tracking performance and improving conversions.
