Job Description – Store Supervisor

Position Summary

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to manage warehouse operations for solar and electrical products. The candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, supervising warehouse activities, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring the safe storage and dispatch of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and store.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of solar and electrical products.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Handle products such as:
- Solar Panels
- Solar Batteries
- Solar Inverters
- Solar Water Pumps
- Cables & Wires
- LED Lights
- Electrical Accessories
- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials.
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, and safe handling of products.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock reports.
- Coordinate with the procurement, sales, and logistics teams for material movement.




- Monitor warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily work.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials to customers and project sites.
- Maintain proper documentation in ERP/warehouse management systems.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience in handling solar and electrical products.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory software.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and stock reporting.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
- Experience in the solar, electrical, or EPC industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
