Role Overview :

A Telesales Executive for Motor Insurance drives sales of Motor insurance policies by calling potential customers, explaining products, and closing deals over the phone. Goal is to hit monthly targets while keeping customers happy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Outbound Calling: Call leads from database, website inquiries, renewals, and expired policy lists to pitch motor insurance products
- Customer Need Analysis: Understand customer's vehicle details, usage, budget, and explain Third Party, Comprehensive, Zero Dep, Add-ons like Roadside Assistance, Engine Protect
- Quotation & Comparison: Generate quotes using insurer portals, compare plans from ICICI Lombard, HDFC ERGO, Tata AIG, etc., and highlight best value
- Objection Handling: Address queries on premium, claim process, IDV, NCB transfer, and convince customers to buy/renew
- Policy Issuance: Collect documents on WhatsApp/email, process payment links, coordinate with operations team for policy issuance
- Follow-ups: Diligent follow-up on pending payments, documents, and renewal reminders to reduce policy lapse
- CRM Management: Update all call details,



customer responses, and sales status in CRM/software daily
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly GWP targets, number of policies, and conversion ratios set by management
- Compliance: Follow IRDAI guidelines, avoid mis-selling, ensure proper disclosure of policy terms

Skills & Qualifications :

- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 0-3 years in telesales, insurance sales, banking, or BPO preferred. Freshers with good communication can apply
- Communication: Fluent Hindi + English. Regional language like Himachali Local Language is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Persuasive, confident on calls, good listening, ability to handle rejections
- Technical: Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, comfortable using web portals and CRM
- Other: Target-driven, patient, able to work in shift if needed

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
