Role Overview
We are hiring a skilled Sliding Head CNC Operator with hands-on experience in Swiss-type machines (up to 5-axis). The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and ensuring consistent quality in high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up Sliding Head / Swiss-type CNC machines (up to 5-axis)
- Perform machine setup, tool setting,
and offset adjustments
- Read and interpret technical drawings and process sheets
- Monitor production to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle time
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance
- Work closely with quality and production teams to meet output targets
