Experience Required:

- 5 Years for candidates with a Hotel Management Degree
- 10 Years for candidates without a degree but with relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring excellence in guest services and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead and mentor staff to deliver outstanding performance and maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.




- Build relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and overall operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in hotel operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in managing teams and fostering a customer-focused culture.

Knowledge of industry trends, technology, and financial management
