We are 3PL Logistics company called Bird View Logistics having our warehouse in Paramount Compound, Savad Naka, Bhiwandi, are looking for E-Com Warehouse Executive having at least 3-4 years experience of similar industry. Candidate should be 12th Or graduate. Candidates preferred from Kalyan, Thane, Bhiwandi location. Given below roles and responsibility. Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Inward & Receiving
- Receive materials from suppliers/vendors.
- Verify quantities against POs, challans, ASNs.
- Inspect for damages, shortages, wrong SKUs.
- Perform barcode scanning, inward entry, GRN preparation.
- Report discrepancies and coordinate put‑away.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain SKU‑wise records in WMS/ERP.
- Monitor stock movement, damaged/blocked/returned inventory.
- Conduct cycle counts & support audits.
- Investigate mismatches and enforce FIFO/FEFO/batch practices.
- Segregate saleable, damaged, expired, rejected stock.
- Order Processing
- Receive orders via OMS/ERP/marketplace.
- Generate pick lists & allocate tasks.
- Ensure accurate picking by SKU, size, colour, batch.
- Prioritise orders per SLA & courier cut‑offs.
- Track pending, cancelled, hold, exception orders.
- Packing & Quality Check
- Pack as per customer/marketplace standards.
- Verify product condition, invoice, labels.
- Use correct packaging materials & branding.
- Conduct final QC to avoid wrong/short dispatches.
- Record packing material usage.
- Dispatch Coordination
- Generate invoices, labels, manifests.
- Coordinate with couriers, transporters, delivery associates.




- Ensure timely handover before cut‑off.
- Reconcile dispatches with system & courier records.
- Maintain daily dispatch/order closure reports.
- Return & RTO Management
- Receive & verify returns/RTO shipments.
- Check condition, packaging, reason for return.
- Classify as saleable, damaged, rejected, repairable.
- Update system & coordinate disposition.
- System & Documentation
- Perform WMS/ERP/OMS/Excel transactions.
- Maintain inward/outward/inventory/returns reports.
- Prepare daily MIS & file operational documents.
- Escalate system issues, shortages, mismatches.
- Team & Floor Coordination
- Coordinate with pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors.
- Allocate daily work & monitor productivity.
- Support manpower deployment during surges.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping & SOP adherence.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety procedures & PPE usage.
- Ensure safe stacking, storage, handling.
- Maintain 5S & housekeeping standards.
- Report unsafe conditions, damages, pest/fire risks.
- Comply with SOPs, customer & audit standards.
