Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Trainee to join

manufacturing team. In this entry-level role, you will learn our production processes from the ground up, focusing primarily on the hands-on assembly of our products.

You don’t need prior manufacturing experience—we will provide full, paid training. Your

success will depend on your willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work well

as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-On Assembly: Learn to assemble components accurately according to

blueprints, technical drawings, or standardized work instructions.

- Tool Operation: Safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly

equipment.

- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect parts before and after assembly to ensure they

meet our quality standards and catch any defects early.

- Line Pace Maintenance:



Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and keep

the assembly line moving smoothly.

- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Team Collaboration: Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality

issues to the Shift Supervisor immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: VHSE Pass, or ITI, Diploma, B tech holders are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Freshers are preferred. No prior experience needed.
- Skills:
- Good hand-eye coordination (ability to handle small parts carefully).
- Ability to stand or sit for long hours on a production line.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely.
- Basic understanding of local language or simple English.
