Responsibilities:

- Maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and promoting our products, services or ideas
- Generate Leads for procuring new business

- Develop, maintain and deliver on marketing strategies to meet company objectives

- Create & Manage Marketing Campaigns
- Create a team of passionate Jr. Marketing Executives

Requirements (Must haves):

- Experience in telemarketing and/or lead generation/qualification (Offline/Online)




- Experienced in using LinkedIn, Biding Portals, Social Media and e-Mail campaigns as primary tools of lead generation
- Proven track record of hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns
- Excellent presentation skills
- Outstanding communications skills both oral and written
- Knowledge/experience of web and mobile apps development technologies
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Robust computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM, sales intelligence

Plus:

- Experience with various ad platforms like Adwords, Facebook & others
- LinkedIn Profile with minimum 1000 contacts
