JOB DESCRIPTION :

ABODE School is seeking for an experienced English Teacher with strong subject expertise and proficiency to effectively develop the essential language skills, additionally leading our literary program at ABODE, with a focus on nurturing creative writing skills among students.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Demonstrate child-centric behaviour and use positive language and interactions with children.
- Develop and deliver engaging English lessons, aligning with the school's curriculum, focusing on key language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments, providing feedback and support for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction, to meet the diverse needs of students.




- Leading the literary program and fostering creative writing skills among students.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Exhibit readiness to learn and adapt to current philosophy.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Education.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in Cambridge or international curriculum schools.
- Certification in CELTA / TESOL / TKT (optional but desirable).
