About the Role

The Oxford School, Thiruvananthapuram is seeking a passionate and qualified TGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire students through innovative and engaging teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English to middle school students (Classes VI–X) following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching materials.
- Conduct interactive and activity-based classroom sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic progress reports.
- Encourage students to develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.




- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in English.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/State Board school.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
