Job Summary:
Country Inn Smart Stays is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort standards across guest rooms and public areas. The candidate will ensure guests have a pleasant and hygienic stay experience by delivering high-quality housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Ensure rooms are properly sanitized and ready before guest check-in
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, or damages to the supervisor




- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols
- Assist guests politely when required and respond to housekeeping requests
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys and cleaning equipment properly
