Innovitoy is a fast-growing toy brand focused on creating joyful, engaging, and meaningful experiences for children and families. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and build a loved consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Innovitoy’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand and business goals.
- Ideate, script, shoot, and coordinate engaging content including reels, stories, carousels, and static posts.
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to create high-performing content.
- Manage influencer and creator collaborations.
- Handle posting schedules, comments, DMs, and community engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement,



followers, watch time, and conversions.
- Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for timely execution.
- Support brand-building initiatives and campaign launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Good copywriting and content ideation skills.
- Comfortable appearing in or directing video content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
