Primary Responsibilities

The role focuses on quality assurance and dimensional inspection in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:

- Develop CMM inspection programs using Hexagon CMM and PC-DMIS software.
- Interpret 3D CAD models, Model-Based Definition (MBD), engineering drawings, and blueprints.
- Perform dimensional layouts and inspections to verify compliance with customer specifications.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Production teams.
- Create and maintain CMM inspection programs and standards.
- Develop sample inspection plans.
- Train inspectors, machinists, and engineers on CMM programming and inspection methods.
- Conduct inspections using portable and stationary CMMs.
- Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and support corrective actions.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

- Hexagon CMM operation
- GD&T; and blueprint reading




- CAD interpretation
- Lean Manufacturing (5S, Continuous Improvement, JIT)
- ISO/AS9100 quality systems
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Candidate Profile

This role is best suited for a professional who has experience in:

- Tool rooms or high-precision manufacturing

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
