This is a full-time on-site role as a Visa Counsellor at Sky Rangers Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd., located in Chandigarh. The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for:

- Providing expert counselling to clients on visa and immigration services
- Handling client consultations and addressing their queries
- Guiding clients through the visa application process
- Assessing client needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintaining client records and following up on application progress
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilizing computer systems for client management and document processing

Work Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM to 4:30 PM

Qualifications

- Proven experience in the immigration industry (Min: 2 Years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Strong customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle consultations professionally and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Computer literate
