Multi-Skilled Technician – Key Responsibilities

1. Carpentry Works

- Repair and adjustment of office furniture (chairs, tables, workstations, cabinets).
- Replacement of door locks, handles, hinges, door closers and stoppers.
- Minor partition and wooden panel repairs.
- Installation of notice boards, whiteboards, shelves and signage.
- Rectification of damaged laminate, veneer and wooden fixtures.
- Basic painting and touch-up works where required.

2. Plumbing Works

- RO water purifier repairs and parts replacements – MUST KNOW COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF RO WATER PURIFIER SYSTEMS
- Attending leakage complaints from taps, wash basins, pantries and toilets.
- Replacement of faucets, angle valves, flexible hoses and flush systems.
- Unclogging sinks, floor traps and drainage lines.
- Repair of minor pipeline leaks and water supply issues.
- Monitoring water tanks, pumps and plumbing fixtures.
- Coordinating major plumbing repairs with specialised vendors.

3. Electrical Works

- Replacement of fused lights, LED panels,



bulbs and drivers.
- Repair and replacement of switches, sockets and MCBs.
- Troubleshooting electrical faults in office areas.
- Testing electrical outlets and ensuring protected operation.
- Monitoring UPS, batteries and emergency lighting systems.
- Assisting vendors during major electrical maintenance activities.

4. Office Equipment Maintenance

- Basic checks and minor repairs of pantry equipment.
- Maintenance of pedestal fans, exhaust fans and wall-mounted fans.
- Inspection of meeting room equipment and power points.
- Checking extension boards, cable management and workstation power supplies.
- Supporting preventive maintenance of office infrastructure.

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
