Social Media Growth Executive

Who You Are

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Growth.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good at content strategy, organic growth, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
- Experienced with social media management tools such as Metricool, Hootsuite, Zoho Social, or similar platforms.
- Able to understand what content works, why it works, and how to improve reach and engagement.
- Comfortable using analytics platforms and AI tools for research, ideation, and content optimisation.
- Experienced in managing multiple brands and content calendars.
- Knowledge of Performance Marketing and SEO will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
- Proactive, creative, and always looking for new ideas and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Growth

- Manage the social media presence of multiple in-house brands.
- Plan and coordinate content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, followers, and subscribers.
- Identify the right content formats, hooks, titles, captions, and trends for each platform.
- Study competitors, creators, trends, and successful content formats regularly.
- Experiment with new ideas and strategies to improve social media growth.

Content & Coordination

- Work with writers, designers, and video editors to execute content.




- Repurpose videos, articles, books, and other long-form content into reels, shorts, carousels, and posts.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content using social media management tools.
- Maintain content calendars for multiple brands.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure consistent and timely publishing.

Analytics & Improvement

- Track social media performance and identify what is working and what needs improvement.
- Use analytics and insights to recommend changes in content and strategy.
- Prepare monthly social media reports with observations and growth recommendations.
- Continuously improve content strategy based on performance and audience behaviour.
