Job OverviewWe are seeking a warm, patient, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to join our team. You will be the primary educator and caregiver for our youngest learners, fostering a protected, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Lessons: Teach core subjects including English, Math, and Environmental Studies using interactive, play-based methods.
- Provide Care: Act as a primary caregiver, ensuring emotional support, physical safety, and comfort for all students throughout the day.
- Manage Classroom: Maintain a vibrant, clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Assess Progress: Monitor, document, and evaluate each child's developmental milestones and academic progress.
- Parent Communication: Conduct regular updates and parent-teacher meetings to discuss student growth and behavior.
- Plan Activities: Organize creative extracurricular activities, rhymes,
storytelling sessions, and arts and crafts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.), Early Childhood Education (ECE), or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience teaching preschool or kindergarten-aged children.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Deep patience, empathy, high energy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Creativity: Ability to design engaging lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom decorations.
