Online Business English Trainer

IRS Learning Solutions is looking for experienced Online Business English Trainers to deliver live, interactive training to professionals, university students, and job seekers aiming to improve their workplace communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Business English training sessions for individuals and small groups.
- Teach professional communication skills, including speaking, listening, writing, and workplace etiquette.
- Train learners in business conversations, presentations, meetings, interviews, negotiations, email writing, and professional correspondence.
- Develop lesson plans, practice activities, and assessments tailored to learners' goals.
- Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback to improve communication skills.
- Create an engaging and interactive online learning experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
- Prior experience teaching Business English, Corporate English,



Spoken English, or English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes using digital teaching platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching workplace.

Preferred

- Experience in corporate training or professional communication coaching.
- International English language teaching qualifications (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
- Experience training working professionals or university students.
