We are hiring Male and Female Production Line Workers for a leading multinational manufacturing company. Selected candidates will work on fabrication and assembly production lines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on fabrication and assembly lines as assigned
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Operate basic production tools and equipment safely
- Maintain quality standards and meet production targets
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area
- Report issues or defects to supervisors
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma only (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / related fields preferred)
- Marks Requirement: Minimum 80% aggregate
- Experience: 1-3 Years
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Language: Tamil and English
- Basic to minimum English knowledge required to understand SOPs and work instructions
Skills Required:
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Basic technical understanding of production processes
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good teamwork and discipline
- Attention to detail and quality
